Virtual staging

Digitally furnishing an empty room in a photo so a listing looks lived-in without physical staging.

In depth

Virtual staging places furniture, decor and lighting into a photograph of an empty (or dated) room using software instead of movers and rented furniture. For real estate it is dramatically cheaper and faster than physical staging and measurably lifts listing engagement. Modern virtual staging is increasingly AI-driven: the model recognises the room geometry from the photo and composites a coherent furnished scene that respects perspective and scale, which is exactly the kind of task Morf Vision automates for marketplaces and agencies.

Examples

  • 1.Furnishing an empty apartment photo for a sales listing
  • 2.Showing the same room in three styles to test buyer preference

Morf Vision is a platform that automates interior design using the technologies described above.
